Join us for this 5-week informational and gentle exercise-based class to learn about pain, heal your body and explore a more joyful life.
You will:
- Learn about why you have pain
- Learn what to do for short term relief, long term habits, and self-care to help you maintain progress
- Functional and gentle exercise to help you stay active, have more energy, avoid further stiffness and mobility issues

Do you have chronic pain, low energy, or feel like your health is stealing the joy from your life? Join us for this multi-part educational class about how to holistically heal your body, mind, and soul.
Conquer Your Pain: a Drug-Free Guide to Healing is a multi-part class where you will learn about how pain affects the body, mind, and spirit. You will learn different coping strategies that include your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social health. This class will take place in-person, although handouts and an online version can be emailed upon request.
You will walk away with a new understanding of your pain, holistic healing, functional exercise, anti-inflammatory nutrition, how to incorporate new habits and routines, plus over a dozen helpful handouts, worksheets, and trackers.
This class is a 5-week class. You can attend one, two or all of the classes
Class Dates

Part 1- April 4th
What is pain, why do you have it and what can you do, plus yoga & stretching?

Part 2- April 11th
The nitty gritty of pain and healing, plus Tai Chi and massage tools

Part 3- April 25th
Functional Exercise to increase energy and decrease pain: Cardio, stretch, strength & posture

Part 4- May 9th
Reduce pain with Unwinding and myofascial release, flossing, Inner peace

Part 5- May 16th
Putting it all together, habits, routines, lifestyle
Time
The class takes place on Fridays from 1:00pm-3:00pm. (We will skip Good Friday, April 18th)
