Do I need a referral from my doctor before attending Physical Therapy?
Michigan allows direct patient access to physical therapy with some provisions. A PT may treat direct access patients when: Treatment does not extend beyond 21 days or 10 visits, whichever comes first.

What do I need to wear or bring with me?
