About Us

We provide you with a blended approach of techniques to resolve your pain and muscular issues. You will receive one-on-one care with an individualized program to address your goals.

When you experience pain and tightness, massage and manual therapy can be used to help improve functional ability, ROM, strength and flexibility.

We prescribe exercises for you to perform as a home program. This may include postural exercises, stretches, stabilization and/or strengthening exercises.

Peggy Ivan, PT, MSA, LMT

Peggy has been a physical therapist for over 35 years. She specializes in Manual therapy, Craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and massage therapy.

Cale Douglas, LMT

Cale is a new graduate from Dorsey College. He wants to be able to help people feel better.

Ashley Eaton, MSN, RN

Ashley has been an RN for over 10 years. She does Craniosacral Therapy and has a passion for helping people feel their best.

Sarah Zastrow, EP-C

Sarah is our office manager. She is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist, exercise instructor and CPR educator.
